３学期、１年B組ではイベント係が企画・準備をした「お楽しみ会」を行いました。 今回のお楽しみ会では、Quest Time B6チームが「見つけた景色ビンゴ」の活動を参考に，１年B組の運動場バージョンを作ることになりました。 イベント係は，「普段あまり気にして見ていない景色」をテーマに、運動場の様々な場所を探して写真を撮り、オリジナルのビンゴカードを作成しました。 写真は休み時間に自分たちで撮影し，Canvaを使ってカードにまとめました。

Our 5th-grade students have been working on a project to explore accessibility and inclusivity in our school. The goal was to help students understand different needs, identify 困り感 (challenges), and come up with creative solutions to make the school more welcoming for everyone. Students started by discussing different types of accessibility—physical, communication, cognitive, emotional, cultural, and digital. They explored the school, looked for accessibility features already in place, and thought about ways to improve them. In groups, students set personal goals, shared ideas, and used digital tools like Reality Composer, TinkerCAD, and Canva to bring their solutions to life. This project combined ICT, Moral Studies and STEAM learning, helping students develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. Some students created AR-based eyewear and audio devices in Reality Composer to help visually and hearing impaired students. Others used TinkerCAD to design sensory-friendly classroom layouts, stress-relief boxes, and one student made a communication board in Canva to help non-verbal students express their needs. Another group designed a calming space for social and emotional accessibility using TinkerCAD and even created their own ambience music in GarageBand to enhance relaxation. This project helped students build awareness, responsibility, and innovation, showing them that even small changes can make a big difference in creating a more accessible and inclusive school!

２年生では情報の時間だけではなく，各教科の学習でiPadを使用していきました。 その集大成として，２月８日（土）に開催したWonder Time発表会では，Canvaで共同編集機能を使って作成したスライドをもとにグループ発表を行ったほか， 個人発表の中でもiPadを使って写真や動画，クイズを出すなど，それぞれに工夫した発表が見られました。

1月17日（金）の放課後、本校の就職アドバイザーである田口太彦先生を講師に迎え「東商の卒業生」というテーマで就職内定者研修会を開催しました。 田口先生から「5年後の自分へ」という課題が出され、グループで情報交換を行いました。この活動を通じて、就職への心構えを深め、就労意識を高めることができました。

４年生では，国語で「未来につなぐ工芸品」について学習しました。 子供たちに「伝統工芸品として有名なものは何か？」と聞くと，やはり岡山県の伝統工芸品である「備前焼」の回答が一番多かったです。 しかし，備前焼以外の工芸品は，思いつかない様子だったので，一緒に調べてみることにしました。 子供たちは，本で調べて，「江戸切子」や「九谷焼」発見することができました。 さらに，これらの伝統工芸品がどのようにできているのかを知りたくなったため，iPadを使ってもっと詳しく調べることにしました。 その結果，伝統工芸品ができるまでの過程や職人さんの想いなどを知ることができました。
